Offer more competitive salaries to motivate your employees. At times, moments here can feel dull and drawn out, but otherwise it is a great firm to work with.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a great firm with a great team. The team here strives itself on balancing your work life. The workload is distributed evenly among employees. You never feel lost while working and the team is always at hand to answer any questions you might have. The office spaces are large enough and you never have a dull moment.

What did you not like about this institution?
The tradeoff here is with the lower pay. The workload is not too much, which makes sense for the lower salaries, but other than that this firm is a great place of employment.

If you bill high hours (2000+/year), then you can make substantially more money for the same hours at other firms.

What did you not like about this institution?
If you fail to collect the money you have billed, then you will starve and very soon be let go.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
I would avoid Mah and Nelson because they are too self absorbed with power.
