What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Honesty truthfulness loyalty and professionalism and respect which is completely lacking in this firm

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Nothing..they suck and treat their employees like dog s***

What did you not like about this institution?
Their bear face liars they use people they only hired me for 2 weeks to help Nancy DeVito with her trial because her paralegal of 7 years up and quit she had had enough of Nancy's belligerents and verbal abuse to which I was also subject to within 5 days she doesn't give a s*** about anybody but herself she's arrogant and she is got to be one of the worst attorneys I've ever worked for and I've only worked for four and I will never work for another to turn female attorney again she burned me she lied to me and she left me homeless with no pay and no valid excuse as to why she let me go she is a piece of s*** and I hope that she gets what she has coming to her and I cursed her name everyday

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Stay away from Millie debris stay away from Nancy DeVito stay away from DeVito's Legal Assistant stay away from Doug lapointe and don't trust anybody in that firm because they're all backstabbing b****** and opportunists

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Treat your employees better do what you say you're going to do don't be self-serving think about the people that work there and their families not just your Mercedes and your multimillion dollar homes you are the epitome of corporate greed while all of your employees live paycheck to paycheck

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Get rid of Doug lapointe and get rid of Nancy DeVito get rid of Millie deer Brew and the firm should be more inclusive and less political and less discriminatory

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
That was nothing that I liked about this firm it is the worst firm I've worked for and 33 years they are not loyal they lie behind your back they cheat you and they use you for their own purposes and then they give you no training and then after 5 days let you go because you have no training

What did you not like about this institution?
The lying the cheating the drinking during working hours the political Dynamics that should never be discussed in the office and the lack of training and the lack of patience and the patriarchy that runs that firm is disrespectful and after they let me go they had an ad in the paper for 10 to $15,000 less than what she paid me and she only used me to get through her trial and they gave me some b******* excuses to why she had to let me go after 5 days when her spic Legal Assistant didn't like me

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Do not trust anyone in that firm do not open your mouth I was told that the paralegal for 7 years sat in her office with her own refrigerator and kept the door closed 24/7 and how they made fun of her and now after 5 days I see why she did it the immaturity the lack of professionalism and The vaping at the desk with marijuana the drinking after 3:00 p.m. all days of the week and let alone Doug lapointe's handiness on Young employees is extremely uncomfortable and someone needs to turn him in he is an egotistical pig

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
By treating each and every employee the same not playing favorites not using people not talking behind people's backs and not lying about their intentions of your employment

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My advice would be to get rid of some old blood within the staff - one of their oldest staff members is the one that creates the most trouble. The "office manager" also leaves a lot to be desired.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
When you work here you will be involved in every aspect of a case which makes your job very interesting.

What did you not like about this institution?
Two staff members that have been there for some time and one attorney are very difficult to work with, create scenarios (lie) and thrive on chaos. Attorneys tend to stay away from the cases until the last minute.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Chris Coleman - he goes through legal assistants/paralegals like water and likes to bully individuals he deems a good target (like all of his long list of assistants).

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
There were a couple of very nice people there that I worked for that I miss seeing on a daily basis.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm partners (throughout all of their offices) need to care more about their employees and less about their perks like company cars. When business is bad, cut partner's salaries, not the employee's salaries.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The salary was good and I enjoyed the cases I worked on and and the investigative quality of it. Benefits were fair, but could be better.

What did you not like about this institution?
One attorney goes through legal assistants like water and is basically a bully. Two female staff members, one being the office administrator, make life difficult for everyone and seem to thrive on chaos and lies. Attorneys tend to ignore their cases until the last minute and them place blame on staff if something not done they felt needed to be completed.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
There is a partner named Chris Coleman who is a bully and loves to try to publicly make you look and feel stupid. He has a large turnover of legal assistants. He gossips about staff members to other staff members - very unprofessional.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
I am required by this site to fill this space with 20 words minimum, but I honestly cannot thing of 20 words worth of good to say. The salary was good and the cases were interesting.
