The office should improve the HR department to better help out the staff. When the firm does a great job of appreciating key staff members, staff members recognize it. Don't steer away from rewarding your staff.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The atmosphere is filled with co-workers that make the days fly by. The office provides flexibility and benefits that are unlike any other. Staff members who are recognized for having a good work ethic are rewarded and deemed an asset.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some of the work done in the office still revolves around a very outdated style. It is difficult to advance in position and gain more opportunities. The HR team is also difficult to work with.
