What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My advice to management is to stop allowing bad employees. It's difficult to have a specialized practice at this firm as you need to do a diverse amount of work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has strong culture of niceness and respect and commitment to diversity is great. Training part is great and the amount of knowledge I got at training was commendable. Great benefits with high quality work for attorneys are always available.

What did you not like about this institution?
The worst things are - unrealistic expectations of employees, no sense of autonomy and no work life balance. More resources should be dedicated to attorney development.
