Keep more senior individuals and put them in higher positions, allowing the firm to grow more and expand the business.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I learned about many things while I worked here and it was truly a joy. Everyone that works there is great to be around.

What did you not like about this institution?
I was offered a position with another firm and had to accept. I felt like the firm did not want to do anything to match it.
