What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Consider overhauling the way annual reviews are conducted to give actionable feedback to associates so they can grow their careers.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The expectations here are very reasonable and I've had no trouble meeting billable hours. The hours here are pretty good and the work/life balance I've managed to achieve is definitely acceptable.
What did you not like about this institution?
The training program and review process isn't that great. I don't receive a lot of actionable feedback during my annual performance reviews, and others I work with have said the same.
