What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Try and open up positions to more senior employees that want to stay and progress their careers further. I would have stayed if that were the case.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I learned a lot while I was there and will continue to take that with myself as I progress in my career. It was a great place.
What did you not like about this institution?
There isn't enough room to stay and grow. I feel like my time was capped there as there weren
