Allow the employees to get to know each other more by making some type of event up that is social for the firm itself. That would be great.

Working here is what working at this type of firm should be like. Everyone is a professional and takes their job seriously.

It can get quite competitive at times and that is a good or bad thing depending on who is being competitive and why.

I suggest that some team building days are taken to spice things up and keep people motivated to do their best at work.

Everyone here is normally fairly relaxed and easy to work with. If you mess up people help you deal with it.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work here can get a bit boring after a while as it tends to feel like it is the same thing every day.
