What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
To management: be mindful, as things happen and we can't always make it to work on time.I'm not telling you to not say anything but if it's only once or twice I think we should get less talking than I did that one time.Other than that, I love working here.Keep up the great work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
What was a pleasant surprise was just the intelligence of the other employees.I'm a smart person, and at times I feel like these people are a league above me.I have learned a lot at this firm.The pay is great, there is plenty of work to keep me busy as well as promotional opportunities.They offer a good health plan and plenty of paid leave.

What did you not like about this institution?
They do not like you being late or unprepared for work.I showed up late once due to a flat tire and didn't hear the end of it for a week.There are very little training opportunities, extremely high expectations, and not much help.
