What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that associates would be a lot happier if management eased up on the long hours and stopped micromanaging.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The office here is very well appointed and modern. The firm keeps up to date on relevant technology and this helps productivity tremendously.
What did you not like about this institution?
Associates are expected to put in a lot of hours here, even by the standards of the industry. Long hours and hard work are a legal profession stereotype, but this firm really takes it to another level.
