The firm needs to focus more on their quality and less on expanding their employment. The firm is already quite large and should focus more on meeting the needs of the clients.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Barna, Guzy& Steffen possess a large number of attorneys to assist clients. The firm is larger than 200 employees. The firm offers a wide variety of services and wants to be able to have an attorney for everyone.

What did you not like about this institution?
This is a firm that focuses more on quantity rather than quality. I noticed that several clients have complained that their attorney from this firm was only interested in money and seemed unwilling to assist in their case to the base of their ability.
