What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
To management, I think you do a great job and give us plenty of reason to stay loyal and to work our hardest.I only have one suggestion.It's to only keep in mind that we are only human and we do make mistakes. I am aware, once it comes to my attention, what I did wrong and how to ensure it never happens again.I'm not a child and I don't need to be sat down every time I spill a drink so to speak.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I joined this firm just after law school and I am already getting above the average salary.At this firm, I have been given ample opportunity to advance and get yearly raises.An end of the year, a bonus is given as long as you earn it.It's a great location with plenty of parking spaces.I get weekends off and overtime opportunities if they are needed.
What did you not like about this institution?
It can be stressful; I am expected to do my best work with minimal errors or oversights.I have made a few minor mistakes and I always get talked to by management to make sure I don't make that same mistake.
