What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would either increase how fast juniors advance, or make the criteria of advancement more clear and understanding. I think this would make the junior attorneys have a better demeanor, and be more productive.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I found that the work place was very dynamic. I was always busy in my area, but I was never overworked. The firm works in many areas and has many knowledgeable attorneys. I found my workload at times large, but I always had good staff support.

What did you not like about this institution?
Promotion at times can be slow. The firm does promote within, but I found that it can take a while to move from a junior to senior attorney. I think that this does lead to the junior attorneys not having a good demeanor at times.
