What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Advice: Restructure your plans for employer contribution toward Health and Dental.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Stay on Management's Good Side

What did you not like about this institution?
Although the pay is great, the benefits are not. As employees, we had to pay contributions of over $1000 a month, while they offer us very little PTO time. Discussing a new idea or route seems to go in and right out of the ears of the upper managers.

Raise staff morale. Provide more benefits and hire more intelligent staff.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The staff members are extremely friendly and care about helping employees.

What did you not like about this institution?
There was no return offer, and work gets mundane very quickly. Some lawyers were not cooperative.

There needs to be a focus on offering employees a varied work schedule. Management should work towards improving in the area of treating the support team with more respect.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The law firm offers a salary that is in the same area as other firms. The firm does pay attention to the office and its employees. Employees are shown recognition for what they do for the firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
The law firm falls short in offering a varied work schedule for people who struggle with balancing work. The support team is not treated with the same respect as others.
