Even though the pay is great, the expectations are still a little high. If they were relaxed a little, the office might be a more pleasant place to work and the staff might get along a little bit better.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You will be working for a high quality law firm. The compensation is great. The benefits are excellent. Every division of the firm is well run and staffed with skilled professionals.

What did you not like about this institution?
The working environment can feel a little stuffy. This isn't the most friendly firm you'll ever work at. The competition is high and the workload can seem unbearable at times.
