Retrain some of the management and institute some new policies to keep everyone happy. Move personnel around to break up some of the cliques.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The wages, benefits, and incentives are all pretty decent. The firm is also pretty flexible when it comes to meeting needs for personal or family time.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm can be pretty cliquey and it's tough for new people to sometimes fit in. Managers are pretty political and will push off bad work or blame mistakes on anyone but themselves.
