What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see management reward their employees for their hard work more frequently by giving out bonuses to those that are putting in a great deal of effort to cases. I would also like to see raises and promotions given out on a more regular basis instead of just to a select few.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The location was very accessible for me especially considering that I rely on nothing but public transpiration to get to work. I also felt as though most of the attorneys were very easy to work with although a few of them could be quite rude at times.

What did you not like about this institution?
Raises and promotions are a very rare thing to see given out at this firm and forget about getting any sort of holiday bonuses or reward pay for doing excellent work.
