What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There should be time put aside a few times a month where associates can get together and brainstorm ideas on certain cases as well as communicate in a more proactive environment.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay and benefits are decent. I also liked that the work place provides free lunches most of the time since the firm deals with a lot of clientele that are in businesses including food services.

What did you not like about this institution?
There are usually a lot of instances where I have to fend for myself when it comes to working on some small details on certain cases.
