I would like to see this firm start to expand and look into taking their employees a little bit more seriously and start to offer more opportunities for advancement within the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really enjoyed the culture at this firm and found everyone very accommodating. The starting pay was pretty good as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
I felt constricted in the sense as though there was not much room for upward mobility and growth at this firm.
