I'm a big believer in this firm's ability to grow, diversify, and improve. They just need to work out some of the kinks. If they develop a solid strategy, they'll be well on their way to expanded success.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I think the firm is pretty well run. They've got some really talented staff with a great work ethic. The firm has a lot of potential. The pay is pretty good and the benefits package is reasonable.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm isn't as diverse as you'd expect out of a modern law firm. It might take a little time for you to get caught up to speed. They have pretty high expectations of all their employees.
