What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I can't say anything the firm needs to do to improve, that the firm hasn't already considered. Of course, every employee would like to see the pay go up but you can't always get everything you want.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a great firm to work for if you value stability and predictability. The firm isn't looking to make major changes and doesn't experience a lot of ups and downs. What you see is what you get.
What did you not like about this institution?
This probably is not the firm for you if you're looking to skirt by on the bare minimum. If you don't produce at a high level, you'll be shown the door very quickly and without hesitation.
