What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This is a great firm to get your first job and get your feet wet. They have showed me the ropes and I am really grateful for everything I have learned. However, since I have been there for 5 years now, pastures are starting to look greener elsewhere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Very generous starting package with excellent benefits. I truly enjoy working with all of my co-workers in a relaxed atmosphere.

What did you not like about this institution?
Even though the starting package is great, salaries stay relatively stagnant for the first bunch of years. I could also certainly use a few more days of vacation time.
