What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
First off, raise the pay to at least be on par with the average person in my or others job. Some additional bonuses would be great as well; some incentive to keep working hard even on those days it's hard to.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The thing I liked most about this firm had to be my co-workers and the other staff, they were always pleasant and helpful with questions or if I needed help with something in general. Work and life balance is good too.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay could be higher and is a little lower than the average. The firm could also be more diverse with its staff
