What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to be more equitable. Everyone is contributing to the firm's success and everyone deserves a more equal share of the spoils. You can't please everyone, sure. But you should still try.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
In all my time here I've never had any doubts about the firm. It's well managed and well staffed with competent professionals. The firm has a bright future and you'll never worry about business slowing down.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is more top heavy than what would be ideal. Of course, all firms are top heavy which is unfortunate but this one especially so. The work itself can be dreary and boring.
