What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think at the end of the day, my only advice is to hire more quality workers on and try and get the workload better split between each of us. As I've said in my cons, this is work before life and that only works for so long, for so many people.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
My time spent at Howard & Howard has been and surely will continue to be an amazing experience. With a friendly work environment all the way from the bottom, up to our CEO Mark Davis. It's definitely a positive experience and a great place to start out at.
What did you not like about this institution?
While I can personally handle it thanks to my lifestyle, I'll be the first to tell anyone that this is a work-before-life type of ordeal. Work will come before anything else and this can really burn out a lot of people.
