What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think the best advice I can give to management is to seriously give us some breathing room and some freedom because I felt smothered while working at the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Plenty of resources to go around and lots of work for everyone who wants it for the associates like I was. The pay is fair, I was also never bored at this firm I was always able to stay busy.

What did you not like about this institution?
Shareholders had a lot of say and an eye on everyone it felt like I was always being supervised by someone, which made me feel very insecure. I do think this is a problem because it slows down work.
