What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Some things need to be kept from the staff like partnership squabbles. Perhaps the firm could spend a little more money on staff compensation. Maybe the benefits could be a little bit better.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It may not be perfect, but still this is a wonderful firm. Most of the staff is friendly and more importantly effective. If you value both success and friendliness, you'll absolutely love it here.

What did you not like about this institution?
No firm is perfect. Personally, I didn't love this firm's location. It's just not situated in a wonderful place. Sometimes friction between the partners would boil over which is unfortunate.
