That people are loyal to the firm and stay working for long periods of time is positive but can sometimes be demoralizing to those that are looking for upward advancement. Suggest the creation of alternative career growth paths for those interested in career advancement."
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm works hard to create a synergistic team environment. The facilities are top notch and the leadership provides expert direction. The firm puts ethics above profits.
What did you not like about this institution?
Upward mobility can be delayed do to lack of turnover.

This is, in part, due to the difficulty of navigating the challenges of staffing in this post-COVID shutdown world and hybrid work force. Often undervalues contributions of non-attorney professionals. Communication needs to improve.
