What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think as long as they keep making good hiring decisions, the firm will continue to be successful. They might have to increase their starting salary offers if they want to do that in this competitive environment, though.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Sometimes I just can't wait to get to work in the morning. I know the staff is going to be friendly and wellprepared. This firm never ceases to be friendly and welcoming to everyone.

What did you not like about this institution?
Although I'm not disappointed with my compensation, there is just always a little more room for improvement in this area. I think the cost of living is rising faster than the pay.
