What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Be more inclusive. A lot of politics goes on here. When you're new, it's pretty hard to make friends here. I don't feel respected as a new employee, and it's hard earning the respect that I deserve.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The starting pay was good for someone who was fresh out of law school. However, it seems pretty stagnant for me here. I value the things I've learned here, and am likely to utilize it throughout my career.

What did you not like about this institution?
Lots of politics here. You have to be in the know crowd to get respect. The raises and advancements in the firm are few and far between. It's not a particularly friendly place to work unless you are great at politics within the firm and getting the good people on your side.
