What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I wonder if there is anything that management can do about the extreme competitive activity here. It doesn't bother some people, but the morale of others is suffering because of it.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The salary and benefits earned by associates here are above market value, even compared to larger firms. The bonus structure is set up in such a way as to allow even new associates to make good money.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work environment here is very competitive, and this is something the partners actively foster. Associates are all trying to get the largest bonus possible, which can sometimes cause infighting and acrimony.

Bonuses and holidays off are nice.

What did you not like about this institution?
HR is unprofessional, competitive work environment, clique environment, decent salary is like pulling teeth, board is very excluding of attorneys they are not fond of.
