Everything has been going really well, so keep it up Not much can be done about it being TOO busy, but take a look at workflows and try to iron out some of the kinks.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has some really great people. Everyone is down to earth and approachable. They respect your work/life balance. A lot of training offered.

What did you not like about this institution?
The hours get really long sometimes, but I guess that comes with the territory. It's expected that sometimes you will choose to put the firm above your other relationships.
