What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would advise management to allow attorneys to complete tasks without excessive interference. Micro management was a hindrance to not only the attorney but the client also.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm was an awesome place to start my career as an attorney. The cases are plentiful and vary in nature. I gained substantial knowledge while at the firm. Management was always on hand to aide in cases as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
Micro management was an ongoing problem I faced while at the firm. There were several times I was interrupted and questioned while doing basic tasks, which were simply uncalled for and became a nuisance.
