Maybe put an experienced person with a person with less experience so that we can learn from this person and work more efficiently as a firm. I think this could be beneficial for everyone involved.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This was a fantastic first firm to work for because it was very enlightening and I got some great work experience. The other staff is all very kind and helpful and the pay was more than expected.
