During the hiring process, management should include organization screening. I have found that unorganized attorneys leave the firm fairly quickly. Management should also stress the demands of the firm as well.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm offers an excellent benefits package. The benefits package is very competitive compared to other firms. It was the deciding factor in my decision to work at the firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
Being an attorney at this firm is very demanding. In order to be successful, an attorney should be highly organized and prepared for the demands of the firm and its clients.
