What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
They have very strict policies set in place that govern departments, so you need to be careful not to break them as leniency is not tolerated.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Whiteford Taylor Preston, LLP is very employee centric. Decent flexibility and lots of different practice areas. The senior attorneys are kind and willing to provide guidance for work. People were friendly and most of the work was interesting.
What did you not like about this institution?
Initially most of the work is document review and records management but gradually you get more interesting work like legal theory or interesting cases.
