To management, make sure that what is going on is understood before taking action to fix a problem. That is very important and helps fix issues that may arise from going in too quickly.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working there, it always seemed that everyone put in their fair share on what had to get done and gave everyone advice on what they found to be right. It is a nice place to work in.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management, at times, tends to get involved in things before realizing what is actually going on. They don't understand the root of the conflict and try to solve it, which causes other problems.
