Try to make it so that promotion and bonus-related decisions are more objective and less tied to people's relationships with one another. A casual environment is a plus, but make sure that professionalism is always maintained.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm offered pretty good benefits and put more emphasis on the work-life balance compared to other firms I have worked for. The general atmosphere here was mostly relaxed, and there were some opportunities to travel.

What did you not like about this institution?
Office politics and interpersonal relationships played too much of a role in determining who would be successful here - I noticed this tended to demotivate people who were not well-connected or intuitively skilled in these areas. Overtime-related policies sometimes did not reflect the reality of the workload.
