What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management should promote more teamwork. It would benefit all parties involved and benefit the firm as well. It would also provide beneficial team building skills to attorneys.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The ability to excel and move up in the firm is boundless. Management encourages attorneys to take the necessary steps for promotion within the firm, which is refreshing.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management does not promote teamwork in the firm. They prefer that attorneys work independently of each other. Fortunately I am accustomed to working independently but at times team work would be very helpful.
