Fix some of the few little issues that make things rough around the edges and this could truly be the best firm to work at in the city.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I love being in a firm that values diversity. Anyone and everyone is welcome to walk in through the doors.

What did you not like about this institution?
The compensation and benefits are a little on the low side, especially when first starting. I could also use a few more days off.
