What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think it would be a great thing for the firm if they looked into branching out to cover more areas of the law. It could lead to growth and more profits but it would also help employees diversify their skills and discover new talents.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has a nice family feeling to it. The offices are full of warm and welcoming and most importantly honest people. The firm pays fairly well and yet they are not overly demanding or critical.

What did you not like about this institution?
Surely there are a lot more interesting jobs out there in the legal field. The work here is pretty routine and it can get stale at times. Other than that I really love my job and the stability it provides.
