What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
A great benefits package is a wonderful thing but it can't compete with cold hard cash. Raise the pay and you'll raise everyone's spirits. Make sure the friendly office environment isn't masking deeper issues with management and staff.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm promotes a friendly office environment. They offer a wonderful package of benefits for most employees. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow as a lawyer.
What did you not like about this institution?
I am pretty sure the pay is lower than the industry average for most positions at this firm. Maybe the benefits make up for it, I'm not sure. There is a little more friction between management and staff than I'm comfortable with.
