What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
As I can't do much about corporate, this is for management. Just keep doing what you're doing and we will try to not let corporate ruin what you have built which is a great working environment.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
One of the best things for me about the firm was the awesome working environment, friendly co-workers as well as management being pleasant to work with. Lots of people are willing to give a helping hand and answer questions.

What did you not like about this institution?
While the firm has a pleasant atmosphere corporate gets involved more times than I'd like and makes things a little unpleasant. Tendency to undervalue what we've done and overvalue some people possible biased towards certain employees.
