Keep up the good work and keep treating people with respect and dignity. Maybe update some of the office amenities, because they are a little dated.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is outstanding. They treat the staff, attorneys, and clients very well. Salaries and benefit packages are great. The partners are usually pretty accessible.

What did you not like about this institution?
It's hard to come up with anything too bad about the place. The office's location is in a nice downtown area, but that makes for a lack of parking if you like to drive.
