Improve benefits package so more competitive with area firms. Encourage greater professional development.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work is fairly interesting and you have the opportunity here to be very hands-on with all aspects of working a case for a client. Office environment is good, generally positive and friendly attitude from everyone.

What did you not like about this institution?
Benefits package needs to be better or pay needs to increase to compensate it. Professional development could improve. With the limited scope of the firm's work, more opportunities to expand knowledge base should be welcome.
