The law firm of Lightman & Manochi was founded in 1991 to provide high quality, cost-effective legal services to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey business community. The firm’s main practice areas are: civil and commercial litigation; creditors' rights law (including collections); loan workouts; bankruptcy (representing creditor’s interests); commercial transactional work; real estate transactional work and disputes; real estate foreclosures; elder law and senior citizen's rights, including consumer protection litigation and annuities fraud. Lightman & Manochi has also developed a proven expertise in representing clients in medical and other professional practice breakups; real estate zoning matters; and general corporate matters including business formation, termination and dissolution, business asset sales and business funding arrangements and employee relations. The firm’s clients include national, regional and local businesses, financial institutions, professionals, entrepreneurs and individuals. The firm currently consists of three attorneys from diverse backgrounds, as well as paralegals and other support staff.
