Keep up the excellent work. The mentorship you provide for each associate is really a blessing for your employees. Sure, if profits boom, you should spread them around. Other than that you're doing great.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The managing partners and their management staff are just great. I feel like they really care about our careers and making sure we're happy and improving our skills.

What did you not like about this institution?
There's nothing bad to say about this firm. Sure, they could pay more and offer better benefits but so could every other firm in the world. Sometimes you have to appreciate what you have.
