What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
It would be helpful to the firm to have one person who works there that is 100% confident and knows what they are doing in this type of work. Staff need someone who is unbiased and can lead and guide.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is very much still growing and learning. This is the best place to be for someone who is new since everyone is learning right along with them.

What did you not like about this institution?
I can start with the pay of the staff. Some are getting paid more when they do a small portion of the work someone else does. It is obvious that some of the staff is paid more due to personal relationships and if you are friends, you will get better pay. Pay in general is something that should be worked on. The attorneys don't give credit where it is due and will often overlook the person who did the most work to favor someone they know. The firm misleads information to the staff and confuses us on what we shouldn't be doing. There really isn't any training either. Since the firm is growing, it is being blamed on that and saying we can grow and learn with them.

What did you not like about this institution?
Worked here for 3 weeks and was let go. Training was next to nothing. They want someone to come in and do the job perfect w no training. Got lits of negative feed back while there.
