What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is no minimum requirement for billable hours. Your pay is based on as much or as little as your work. Your work/life balance is under your complete control.

What did you not like about this institution?
Communication with management could be better. Self-motivation is the key to being successful here. Some people are serious drama magnets. Technology wise, the firm is in the stone age.
