Divide the hours more evenly among the office staff and paralegals. Start giving monthly incentive bonuses for higher performance employees.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I found more insight here in a few months than I did my whole time in college. The attorneys here are one of a kind and very willing to guide you in the right direction.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay is a bit lower than I would have liked. I put in a few more hours than a normal practice does and it wears on you.
